SUMMER HEALTH TIPS

1. Eat small and often
- Eat small, regular meals and make sure you have breakfast, as it avoids low blood pressure and dizziness during hot summer.

2. Wear Sunglasses
Protect your eyes against the sunshine with sunglasses. It will help prevent cataracts, wrinkles, and age spots.

3. Get some sleep
It’s essential to stick to your normal sleep routine even though light is staying longer. Try to go to bed at a reasonable hour and have a comfortable sleep.

4. Hydrate your body
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. It helps rehydrate the body and maintains its temperature. Carrying a water bottle when you stay outdoors for a long time.
