Breast cancer is a type of cancer originating from breast tissue, most commonly from the inner lining of milk ducts or the lobules that supply the ducts with milk.

1) Signs and symptoms
Early signs and symptoms of breast cancer are as following:

　- feel a lump
　- skin dimpling
　- change in skin color or texture
　　(redness and thickening of the breast)
　- change in how the nipple looks 
　　(ex. pulling in of the nipple)
　- clear or bloody fluid that leaks out of the nipple
　- pain or itchiness of the breast
　- breast swelling of enlargement

2) Risk factors
The primary and potential risk factors for breast cancer include female sex, older age, lack of breastfeeding, higher hormone levels, diet and obesity.

3) Management
The management of breast cancer depending on various factors, including the stage of the cancer. Breast cancer is usually treated with surgery and then possibly with chemotherapy or radiation, or both. A multidisciplinary approach is preferable.

4) Prognosis and survival rates
Prognosis and survival rates for breast cancer vary greatly depending on the cancer type, stage, treatment, and geographical location of the patient.

Gallstones are pebble-like nuisances that can form inside the gallbladder. Mostly, gallstones do not cause any symptoms or problems. However, gallstones can cause symptoms if they become caught in the narrow outlet of the gallbladder or in the ducts that drain the gallbladder. 

- Diagnosis
Eighty percent of people with gallstones do not have any symptoms and do not need treatment. Patients might experience abdominal pain, sensitivity to high fat meals, belching, gas, nausea, etc.

- Treatment
Nearly 90 percent of patients get surgery called laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Using small instruments that are placed through other small incisions, the surgeon is able to remove fluid and stones from the gallbladder to deflate it. 

Some patients have a larger incision in a type of surgery called open cholecystectomy. In this surgery, a larger diagonal incision is made above the gallbladder, and the surgeon removes the gallbladder using a direct view instead of a camera.

- Eat small, regular meals and make sure you have breakfast, as it avoids low blood pressure and dizziness during hot summer.

2. Wear Sunglasses
Protect your eyes against the sunshine with sunglasses. It will help prevent cataracts, wrinkles, and age spots.

3. Get some sleep
It’s essential to stick to your normal sleep routine even though light is staying longer. Try to go to bed at a reasonable hour and have a comfortable sleep.

4. Hydrate your body
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. It helps rehydrate the body and maintains its temperature. Carrying a water bottle when you stay outdoors for a long time.

They can be classified under 2 types, differentiated and undifferentiated stomach cancer. 
Signet ring cell carcinoma is a kind of differentiated stomach cancer which has good prognosis in general.
Treatment costs of signet ring cell carcinoma are as following:

Pre-test: 1,500,000~1,700,000KRW 
Surgery: 
- 7-10 days hospitalization is required
- cost is about 10,000,000KRW ~12.000,000KRW
