Gallstones are pebble-like nuisances that can form inside the gallbladder. Mostly, gallstones do not cause any symptoms or problems. However, gallstones can cause symptoms if they become caught in the narrow outlet of the gallbladder or in the ducts that drain the gallbladder. 

- Diagnosis
Eighty percent of people with gallstones do not have any symptoms and do not need treatment. Patients might experience abdominal pain, sensitivity to high fat meals, belching, gas, nausea, etc.

- Treatment
Nearly 90 percent of patients get surgery called laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Using small instruments that are placed through other small incisions, the surgeon is able to remove fluid and stones from the gallbladder to deflate it. 

Some patients have a larger incision in a type of surgery called open cholecystectomy. In this surgery, a larger diagonal incision is made above the gallbladder, and the surgeon removes the gallbladder using a direct view instead of a camera.

Treatment costs of thyroid cancer are as following:

Pre-test: $1,500~1,600
Surgery: 1 week of hospitalization
- Thyroidectomy: $7,000~8,000
- Da Vinci robotic thyroidectomy: $8,800~$11,000

Iodine therapy
Cost and period of Iodine therapy will vary based on the amount of iodine.
If you need large iodine dose, inpatient hospitalization is required about 3-4 days. If it is small amount, outpatient clinic would be enough.
- Outpatient clinic: $600~700
- Inpatient hospitalization: $880~$980

1. Eat small and often
- Eat small, regular meals and make sure you have breakfast, as it avoids low blood pressure and dizziness during hot summer.

2. Wear Sunglasses
Protect your eyes against the sunshine with sunglasses. It will help prevent cataracts, wrinkles, and age spots.

3. Get some sleep
It’s essential to stick to your normal sleep routine even though light is staying longer. Try to go to bed at a reasonable hour and have a comfortable sleep.

4. Hydrate your body

<Lung Cancer>




Lung cancer occurs when abnormal, cancerous cells growth in the lung. When these cancerous cells abnormally spread out, distant organs would be affected as well.

Lung cancers are classified into two basic groups; non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer, based on the microscopic appearance of the tumor cells.

Symptoms

About - #1 Stomach Cancer

Stomach cancer (or gastric cancer) is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the any part of the stomach. The disease usually does not cause any symptoms until the later stages. And therefore, prognosis is poor.

Risk of stomach cancer
- A diet high in smoked, salted or pickled foods
- Alcohol and tobacco use
- History of chronic stomach disorders
- Previous stomach surgery
- Genetic factors

Symptoms
Bloating after meals, nausea, loss of appetite, recurrent indigestion and diarrhea or constipation, sudden weight loss, and blood in the stool or vomit are common symptoms.

Treatment
The three most common treatments for stomach cancer are surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Surgery is the most common treatment for the disease. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are used to relieve symptoms and slow the progress of the disease.
